What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your gear ships, we will send a tracking link so you can monitor its journey to your door.
What is your return policy for skateboards and snowboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that mounted snowboards or gripped skateboards are considered used and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I choose the right board size?
Size selection depends on your height, weight, and riding style. Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page for specific recommendations.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Every Arbor board is built to last. We offer a limited warranty against manufacturer defects: 3 years for snowboards and 1 year for skateboards from the date of purchase.

Sustainability is at our core. We use responsibly sourced wood and bamboo powerplys, recycled steel edges, and bio-based resins to minimize our environmental footprint.
