What is your return policy for skateboards and snowboards?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that mounted snowboards or gripped skateboards are considered used and cannot be returned.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Every Arbor board is built to last. We offer a limited warranty against manufacturer defects: 3 years for snowboards and 1 year for skateboards from the date of purchase.
